Treatwell

UX/UI, Front-end · 2019–20

Role: UX/UI designer and front-end engineer, B2B marketing team (secondment, London)
Period: 2019–20
Organisation: Treatwell

Outcomes

  • Qualified leads up 95% after one year.
  • Organic traffic up 105%, driven by the new content.

What it is

Treatwell is Europe's no.1 hair and beauty platform.

What I did

  • Designed and built Partner Hub, the B2B site the team called the "leads generation machine", from concept to implementation.
  • Co-led strategic planning with Takahiro Hirai.
  • Worked with marketers, strategists and sales representatives on the journey through which salons discover Treatwell, learn about it and sign up.

The problem

Before Partner Hub, a single landing page served every type of potential partner. The goals were to offset paid-marketing costs by increasing inbound leads, and to educate prospects with value propositions, success stories and blog posts.

Approach

We defined value propositions for visitors at different stages of consideration, then mapped content to the B2B marketing funnel. Deliverables included educational content and an interactive sales demo for the sales team.
